Julia Plummer is originally from scenic Spokane, Washington but now resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been drawing since she was old enough to hold a crayon, though these days she prefers to use charcoals or pastels for her artwork. Primarily focusing on the human form, Julia is often inspired by the emotional power of music. When not drawing, she is working on a PhD in Astronomy & Education at the University of Michigan.
